Yes, we offer full customization for bulk orders. And we’ve made it easy for you to do, just send us a email or WhatsApp with what you’re looking for, and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
Ideally we would love to receive original art files to create the best end products. Adobe Illustrator vector art is highly recommended/preferable. If that’s not available, high resolution transparent PNGs (300 DPI+) are okay.
If we receive print ready artwork, normal turnaround time is 2-3-week. If we need to spend time
adjusting artwork, or the order is larger than normal, that time line may be extended. At times, we may
be able to take on rush orders, although a rush fee will apply.
Pricing is determined by the following
1. Order Quantity
2. Customization method and size of design. (Embroidery, 3D embroidery, DTG Full color print, Screen print, use of reflective ink or Puff Print)
3. Logo placements (if more than one logo placement additional fees are to be expected)
All orders shipped via DHL,UPS and FedEx. Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
